THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHAT NOW?
If you have placed an order and there is a mistake (wrong email, delivery address etc.), please contact us as soon as possible via email or our web chat form and a member of the team will be happy to help rectify the issue.
For damaged packaging, missing items and anything else relating to an unsatisfactory delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can help you. Buddy's Bites UK cannot be held liable for orders reported outside of the 7 day window.

DO YOUR TREATS CONTAIN RAWHIDE?
No. Rawhide is a chemically treated leather by-product and our dislike for it is one of the main reasons that Buddys Bites began! All of our treats are made from 100% natural ingredients and are freeze dried or air dried to preserve them without the need for added nasties.
DO YOU SELL TREATS FOR OTHER ANIMALS?
Yes, we do! Our natural treats are enjoyed by many of our feline friends. Check out our Purr-fect Platter which is suitable for cats and dogs over the age of 16 weeks. We also sell crocheted catnip toys and bags of loose catnip.
MY DOG IS REALLY FUSSY, WHATS THE BEST OPTION FOR US?
If the platters aren't for you, each of our products are available individually. If there's an item in the platter that your pet cannot have due to allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us and we will be happy to switch it for something else.
DO YOU SELL TREATS THAT I CAN TRAIN WITH?
Absolutely we do! Our air dried baltic sprats, chicken jerky pieces, beef dinner sticks, salmon and chicken sticks and venison sticks are excellent for training with. They're super smelly making them extremely high value to our canine friends. They're also really easy to break up into smaller pieces making them great for training any size of dog. We also have our Fusions treats and Doggy Mix.
WHAT PACKAGING DO YOU USE?
All of our natural treats are packaged in bags and grease proof wrap that can be composted or recycled. All postal orders are shipped using boxes made from fully recyclable, responsibly sourced cardboard. We use eco friendly, plastic free shipping tape and 100% recyclable and biodegradable honeycomb cushion wrap instead of plastic bubble wrap. All items in our Buddy’s Boutique range are sourced from other carbon conscious small businesses and shipped directly from Buddy’s Bites to ensure all packaging materials are up to standard.
MY PET HAS AN ALLERGY, ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE?
Our products are completely natural with no additives and preservatives so are a great choice for those pets with specialist requirements. Contents and ingredients are listed with each item but if you're still unsure, please contact Buddy's team and we will be more than happy to help.
ARE THE BOUTIQUE PRODUCTS MADE BY BUDDY'S BITES?
No they are not! Buddy's Boutique is a treasure trove of eco friendly, natural pet products, handmade in the UK by carbon conscious small businesses. Every product has been researched and selected by the Buddy's Bites team and tried and approved by Buddy himself.
