Directions for use:
Cold - Place inside a bag and put in the freezer for a few hours to make the perfect cold compress to reduce swelling, sprains and strains. 
Hot - Place in the microwave on a 700w heat setting for 20 second bursts until they reach the desired temperature. Only heat in a microwave with a freely moving turntable. 
Place a small cup of water in the microwave whilst heating. This will help stop your bags from drying out. 
Do not use if fabric becomes discoloured or damaged. Do not use if heat bag smells burnt. If irritation occurs stop use immediately.
